South Ayrshire is renowned for the excellent range of eateries in the area in addition to an abundance of local attractions.

If travelling by car, the cottage is only 4 miles from the main A70 Cumnock - Ayr road, Ayr Train Station is 6 miles away and prestwick Airport is the same distance. Ferries from Ireland arriving at Troon which is only 10 minutes away. The port of Stranrear is 1 hour travel time away.
